Salesforce Marketing Automation Practice Lead, London

A growing consultancy in the Salesforce.com channel is working with Mason Frank to expand their UK team in 2018.

They are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation professional with a strong understanding of business processes who can consultatively sell the benefits of new Marketing Automation projects. This is a high level role revolving around being able to educate customers on Marketing Automation trends and how Marketing Cloud will benefit their business. You will have the chance to architect your team, hiring and training some of the most prominent talent in the ecosystem.

The successful candidate can look forward to joining a business that will map out a progression path from day 1, offering an excellent benefits structure and a mentorship system with the opportunity to do additional Salesforce Certifications.

Key requirements.

* In depth knowledge of Marketing Automation - such as Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Exact Target, Eloqua, Marketo

* Strong Communication skills - this is a client facing role.

* Ability to lead and grow a team.

* Exposure to C level professional.

Bonus:

* Salesforce Certifications desired.

* Consulting experience desired.

* Sales experience desired.

* CPG or Retail exposure desired.

My client are in position to offer a salary up to £85,000 per annum plus a competitive benefits package which will include a car allowance, training expenses, health care and an annual bonus.

Due to the nature of this role you MUST be able to live and work in the UK by either holding a valid UK working visa or be eligible to do so by other qualifying means as my client is unable to sponsor any work permits and the salary stated in this ad is completely dependent upon experience. The salary on offer will depend completely upon a candidates experience and skills.
