Analytics Team Leader

Your role
You'll be a key analytical contact for our business, managing, coordinating and providing best practice analytical support to inform business decisions. This will involve working closely with managers to understand their business needs and spot where analytics could deliver valuable insight and take their business area forward.
Managing, coaching and advising a team of analysts, you'll focus on the quality, efficiency and timely delivery of analytical services to support and influence vital business decisions. From manipulating data and creating incisive reports, to developing business models and producing high level insights, you'll ensure we take a structured approach to a range of complex business issues.
What you'll need
We're looking for an experienced analyst with the character to challenge the status quo, the confidence to try new approaches and the communications skills to influence senior managers. With experience of leading and motivating project teams, you'll be able to prioritise work and manage expectations to achieve business plans. Used to applying your strong analytical, data, reporting or operational research skills to complex business problems, you'll know your way around a range of relevant tools and techniques.
