Operations Manager (Waste Management/AD)

Horsham, West Sussex - commutable from Crawley, Guildford, Brighton

£45,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Training + 30% Bonus + Pension + Healthcare + 32 days holiday

Are you an Operations Manager coming from a background in waste management or anaerobic digestion looking for a role where you will be managing a state of the art site within a senior management position with the opportunity for technical development and progression within a blue chip company?

On offer is a role with a company that are No.1 in their specialist industry, are in a rapid phase of growth and looking for someone to establish themselves within the company, with a view to go into more senior roles.

The company themselves are one of Europe's biggest names in their specialist industry. You will be in charge of a state of the art site that has been purpose built. Working with specialist, state-of-the-art machinery (that is some of the biggest in Europe) the role will include full responsibility of the operation and performance of the site. Being the principal point of contact for all of the sites operational processes.

This role would suit an Operations Manager who is looking for a role that allows them to be the principal point of contact for a state of the art site in a role that offers full technical development with great progression opportunities within a market leading company.
