Project Manager - Contract - 4 months - Surrey - HR Replacement project.

My client, a leading UK University, is looking for an experienced Project Manager for an initial 4 month contract.

The University is replacing its current HR systems. The main deliverables from the IT project within this programme are to ensure the integration between the new and existing systems, to oversee migration of data and to ensure that all relevant systems and data are protected in line with the relevant security standards. The project is expected to be completed in late 2018.

Any previous experience in the Higher Education sector is desirable but not essential.

You must have experience with HR systems and ideally cloud based systems.

Essential Experience

* Extensive project management (6+ years) experience including the replacement of enterprise HR systems

Technical Skills Required

* Strong systems integration experience and familiarity with SOA

* Experience of moving from on premise to cloud-based solutions, ideally SAP HR products

* Broad awareness of networking, IT security, data protection requirements and data migration.
