To support our next stage of growth we are looking to expand our Commercial team.
The Role
As a key member of the team, you will work alongside both Operational and non-Operational teams to support the successful running of the Leighton business. You will be responsible for driving and generating new business sales through establishing relationships with prospective customers and working with Leighton teams to create the best digital solution for their requirements. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, ambitious and collaborative in nature. You will have a proven record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
The Candidate
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Successful sales experience, preferably in B2B markets; ideally with mid-market & Enterprise level businesses.
- Experience of using a consultative, solution based sales methodology, selling to 3-6 month sales cycles and six figure deal sizes.
- Ability to develop trust and relationships with prospects (up to C-Suite), customers and colleagues.
- A passion for digital and what it can achieve for our customers.
- Great written and verbal communication skills with both customers and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage a pipeline of opportunities in line with Leighton’s vision.
- Consultatively build relationships with prospects, focusing on their requirements and solving their headaches.
- Conduct Discovery Sessions, supported by the wider Leighton team as necessary.
- Lead a coordinated response to RFP’s for qualified business opportunities where Leighton is a fit.
- Efficiently and effectively process assigned opportunities into new business sales.
- Manage your own pipeline and all work activities through our CRM system, maintaining accurate information and up to date forecasts on all prospects.
- Provide weekly and monthly Management Information.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to secure new business.
