Reporting To: Delivery Manager

Location: Berkshire

Desired Education and Working Experience: BE/B Tech with 7 to 8 years of IT & Telecom category buying/sourcing experience

Job Profile: Strategic Sourcing and Procurement

Responsibilities:

- Execute and lead sourcing projects for IT category

- Perform tactical buying and fulfill the procurement requirements of client Demand Management and or

Procurement Team.

- Responsible for end to end RFx management and contract negotiation with suppliers

- Identify and led the supplier consolidation/rationalization projects for further cost optimization

- Meet and comply with savings targets and outlined SLAs

- Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct bench marking analysis with respect to the industry standards

- Client management, Service delivery and Governance

Desired Experience:

- 8 to 10 years of Procurement and Category Management/Strategic Sourcing Experience preferably from Telecom Industry

- Hands on experience of managing IT & Telecom spend

- Hands on experience in managing various Tactical Procurement activities viz. RFx management, spot buy, sourcing support, catalog management, contract negotiation and administration, vendor performance management etc.

- Spend analysis and end to end S2P expertise

- eProcurement - Ariba, SAP or any other top eProcurement systems
