Senior Firmware Engineers are highly sought by my Cambridge based client to join a growing embedded division that has developed smart technology that can be utilized in a range of sectors including haptics, medical devices, robotics and VR .This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced software/firmware engineer with 5+ years experience in industry, looking for a unique and exciting development role with a route to technical leadership and mentoring.
Successful applicants must be degree qualified (2:1 minimum) in electronics engineering, computer science or similar discipline, and have experience in the following;
* C/C++ Programming
* Embedded software
* Embedded programming of Microcontrollers (ARM, X86)
* Python
* Assembler
Any experience working in Agile/TDD environments is highly advantageous.
