Placement Support Consultant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a number of Placement Support Consultants to join SThree's new offices in Glasgow City Centre. If you can demonstrate experience of providing excellent service in customer invoicing, then you could be the Placement Support Consultant we're looking for!

SThree are currently embarking on an exciting venture to set up a new Shared Services Centre of Excellence in Glasgow City Centre. As a result, we have a high volume of new vacancies across our Finance, IT, Legal, and HR teams, providing a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved in something new at a fun, rewarding company.

What will you be doing?

We are hiring for a team of 9 Consultants to join on our Placement Support Team, who act as the main link between our recruitment business, clients, and candidates. As a Placement Support Consultant, your main objective will be to issue contract/perm invoices right first time and to ensure that a prompt response is provided in the event of any subsequent queries. In addition, a proactive service to our customers is required at all times. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a methodical and intelligent approach to your work, professional communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels of seniority, both in our business and with clients.

What Skills / Experience should you have?

* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

* Good understanding of terms and conditions in general, preferably with previous experience of analysing contract terms

* Knowledge of the recruitment business (desirable)

* SAP experience (desirable)

* Accounts payable experience (desirable)
