Graduate .Net Developer

Are you looking for a graduate position in a fast moving, dynamic and evolving software business based in Exeter? Have you recently graduated or are you shortly to be graduating with a computer science or related degree? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to take your first step into the world of software development.

Due to another exceptional year, the company is looking for an ambitious, highly motivated graduate C# developer. Working on maintaining and developing class leading SaaS applications, the successful candidate will join an experienced development team, receiving on the job training and hands-on mentoring by one of their lead developers, including methodologies such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).

Working in an Agile Scrum environment, the successful candidate will be an excellent team player with good communication skills, strong attention to detail, self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a larger team and able to meet deadlines.

Required Skills / Experience:

- ASP.Net MVC using C#

- Web APIs

- Knowledge of Visual Studio

- JavaScript, jQuery

- AJAX

- XML and/or JSON

- HTML / HTML5, CSS

- Awareness of TDD

- Awareness of Agile Scrum methodology

- Knowledge of T-SQL

You should be a good communicator at a technical level, analytical and able to understand and present complex solutions and explain issues within the technical team.
