Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Analyst in Stockton-on-Tees, to aid our client at a 2nd line level within a busy environment, supporting a wide range of IT users within the business. This is a good opportunity for a 1st Line analyst who has some experience at 2nd line support to take on more responsibility and build upon skills in other technology areas.

This will be a 3 month contract with a pay rate of £15.50 per hour. There is potential for an extension on top of the initial contract depending upon the work demands. The hours will be 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

The client is looking for an enthusiastic 2nd Line Analyst, who can provide extra support in a busy environment, supporting a large number of users across the regional business. Our client will consider an analyst who has worked at 1st and 2nd line level, who is looking for an out-and-out 2nd line role, picking up more responsibility.

Essential Skills:

*Strong technical knowledge supporting Windows, Office 365 and other MS products

*Previous experience supporting tablet, PC users and installing Microsoft products

*Able to write build process documentation

*Beneficial if you have knowledge of Bit Locker, Checkpoint firewalls and SCCM

*Team player and strong communicator
