Systems Developer /Developer/C#/ .NET/ HTML5/JavaScript/CSS Microsoft T-SQL Server/ Leicestershire/ Permanent

Spring Technology has been engaged by a Local Authority who are currently looking for an experienced Systems Developer to join their team.

Based at their office in Loughborough you will be joining their IT Team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the systems.

Key Responsibilities:

*To understand the requirements of the customer base and how the requirements are met by the products.

*To develop software according to the standards, guidelines including user interface design guidelines.

*Ensure all work is documented using the appropriate development and security standards, using methods and tools. Documentation and delivery should take full account of specified requirements and constraints.

*To develop software in accordance with the development schedule.

*Implement assigned development projects, including defining and building user interfaces and system integrations

Skills and Qualifications

*Commercial experience developing Windows Forms applications in .NET or C#.

*Working knowledge of T-SQL, Microsoft T-SQL Server and database design.

*Experience of Object Orientated programming practices.

*Experience working within a local authority would be ideal.

*Excellent working knowledge of front end web technologies including HTML5, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
