Senior C++ Software Engineer - Bristol - To £55K + Benefits.
A challenging Senior Software role for a well qualified individual with expert C++ skills, strong debugging experience and with a passion for software quality. You will be a key member of the Distributed Systems team developing a distributed build accelerator that distributes C/C++ compilation and other data processing tasks across a network of computers.
As a Senior Software Engineer you will take part in all of the team’s activities, with responsibility for developing and maintaining the software and its test systems which provides support for game development studios deploying and extending the system.
The key technical requirements include:
Strong C++ skills.
Native Win32 APIs.
Expert debugging and post mortem analysis skills.
Parallel and Distributed Systems.
Fault tolerance systems.
HTTP, web technologies and applications.
UI Design and implementation.
High Performance systems.
JavaScript.
A strong academic background is essential to include a minimum of a 2.1 Honours Degree in Computer Science or similar.
