Civil Design Engineer (Residential)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Car + Profit Share Bonus + 10% Pension

Are you a Civil Engineer from a house building or consultancy background, looking to play a key role in the design team at an award winning house building company?

On offer is the opportunity to coordinate the crucial technical aspects of the design stage; liaising with internal departments and external consultancies.

This is the chance to join a well-established company that recently almost doubled their turnover and profits, with similar growth forecasted. In total they employ over 300 people, with high standards of customer service and quality forming a key part of the company culture.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will coordinate design tasks with external consultancies, internal departments and authorities.

The role would suit a Civil Engineer from a house building or consultancy background, looking for a key role at an award winning house builder.

The role:

· Coordinate with external consultants

· Review technical plans for submission

· Organise tender briefs

The person:

·Design Supervisor

·Civil Engineering/Infrastructure background

·Working knowledge of Causeway PDS and Windes

·Looking to work for a leading company
