Your Responsibilities

The role will be varied, but some of the responsibilites include:

* Providing excellent technical support for customers

* Being the first point of contact for custmers

* Diagnose and resolve customer faults through troubleshooting

Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role would have some of the following skills and experience:

* Excellent customer service skills

* Understanding of SIP/VoIP technologies

* Understanding of IP networks
