£18,000 - £24,000 + Benefits inc Company Vehicle

We are looking to employ a Trainee/Junior Telecommunications Engineer to join our growing team.

The successful applicant will preferably have experience installing and repairing telephone systems/IT and telephony cabling but this is NOT essential. The role requires some knowledge of the following although full training will be provided:

+ Installation and programming of telephone systems

+ Hosted VoIP

+ Avaya experience preferred, but not essential

+ Installation of CAT5E structured cabling

+ VOIP and SIP telephony understanding. ·

+ Knowledge of IP networks and Subnets preferred but not essential

+ Basic to medium Knowledge of the implementation and programming of wireless routers

The Trainee/Junior Customer Helpdesk Technician Role:

The position involves installing and maintaining a variety of Hosted & Fixed telephone systems throughout the UK, there will be daily interaction with customers, so excellent communication skills and a professional approach are vital. The candidate will be required to enhance our customer's experience by always exceeding their expectations and by fulfilling our best practices.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of highly motivated individuals with a positive and proactive approach to driving the business forward

A full UK Driving Licence is required and due to the nature of our business you will need to be based within a 15-mile radius of Aldershot, Hampshire

Junior Telecoms Engineer, Junior ICT Helpdesk Engineer, Graduate IT Engineer, Telecoms Support Desk Engineer, 1st Line Support IT Technician, Hosted Telecoms / VoIP Engineer.
