Java Developer - Financial Technology - Core Java/SQL

A Java developer is sought by an innovative provider of financial software to the wealth management industry to join their Java development team and develop new systems that integrate their proprietary software with their client's existing software environment.

This Java developer will work on a mixture of brownfield and greenfield, single-purpose, start-to-finish projects that involve getting your head around a complex eco-system of tools and then building the Java "glue" that will enable their service to send huge volumes of both synchronous and asynchronous messages across multiple data points.

This Java developer role will involve working closely with the end user to capture requirements (both in person and remotely) and working within an Agile delivery methodology (daily stand-ups, continuous delivery and integration, two week-long sprint-sessions)
