Design and Estimating Engineer
Cheltenham
£32,500 (Negotiable) + Holiday + Pension + Bonus
Design and Estimating Engineer required for a global manufacturing company based in Cheltenham to join a busy and expanding team. This important position will provide the opportunity to work for a global leader in the manufacturing industry as well as the opportunity to work on interesting projects.
As Design and Estimating Engineer, you will be responsible for working on designing and costing of the Heat Exchange, Pump/Pressure Reducing System from original specifications. You also be expected to work with CAD Design teams and shop floor teams to produce deliverables measured against time, cost and quality.
The ideal Design and Estimating Engineer must have experience of working in a manufacturing environment and have basic knowledge of Steam/Condensate pipe systems. You will also be qualified to a relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship. You should also be aware of relevant health and safety qualification.
