Join us as an apprentice on the EY Degree Apprenticeship in Digital Innovation and get in on the action. Specialising in data analytics or software development, you’ll help organisations find new uses for artificial intelligence and other exciting technologies.

By working alongside experienced, supportive colleagues, you’ll learn skills on the job that will last you a lifetime. But that’s just the start - you’ll also study for your BSc degree. Depending on which area of our business you join, this training will be delivered either by the ADA National College of Digital Skills (BSc in Digital Innovation) or by QA Apprenticeships (BSc in Digital & Technology solutions).

To top it all off, you’ll start on a salary of up to £21,500, which will increase as you progress.

With roles in Birmingham, Leeds, London and Newcastle you can choose whether to explore a new city or stay close to home. Once you’ve applied to one of these locations, we’ll help you explore the different areas of our business - Assurance, Consulting, Tax, Transactions and People Advisory Services - enabling you to choose which service line interests you most.

What do we look for?

Above all, you’ll be passionate about technology. The job involves working in small teams to solve complex problems, so you’ll need to work well with others and be able to think critically.

You don’t need to have any prior experience or technical qualifications. If you can bring ambition, determination, energy and a hunger to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

To be eligible for the EY Degree Business Apprenticeship in Digital Innovation, you should be studying towards, or have attained, three A-levels/five Scottish Highers, or equivalent.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have to satisfy the following additional requirements. You also need to:

- Be 16 or over when starting the apprenticeship

- Not in full-time education when starting the apprenticeship

- UK/EEA Nationality or permanent residency status

- Residing in the UK/EEA for at least 3 years prior to starting your apprenticeship
