Lead Developer moving into Architecture

I am currently recruiting for a Solutions Architect / Designer to work on large scale application implementations. Must have done some solutions design or been a lead developer on complex projects have a good understanding of the full development lifecycle including working with Stakeholders, Product Managers and Business Analysts to build customer solutions. I am looking for someone who understands how solution design fits within the business and someone who can take requirements and transform them into solutions and specifications.
