Nigel Frank are looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Lead Developer to join a company based in Gloucester. The organisation are starting a large project to consolidate their EMEA CRM platforms to a centralised Dynamics365 solution.

This role will lead Microsoft CRM-focused solution development, customisation, implementation and support across the whole development life cycle to Sales, Marketing, Field Service, After-Sales and Training business functions for Dynamics and On-Premise Platforms. The successful candidate will lead a team of CRM Technical Admin's and Developers and effectively manage the Third Partner Vendors as part of strategic projects.

The following Skills and Experience should be demonstrated:

* Microsoft Certified Specialist in .NET Framework, SQL*Server, Scribe Server

* Proven Microsoft-based CRM custom application development on projects requiring more than 3 months effort, preferably managed using Agile methods

* Server Side development, including prototyping, using Microsoft Frameworks and Tools such as .NET, (VB.NET, C#.net, ADO.NET, VB.NET), Visual Studio, Silverlight, IIS and Web Services managed using Team Foundation Server

* Experience with Telerik, Infragistics and similar .NET 3rd Party Extended Controls

* Proven experience with SQL Dev. - procedures, functions, triggers and tuning

* Experience developing with HTML5, JScript, JQuery, CSS
