Your function

We are looking for a Cloud support consultant/engineer with experience in helpdesk. Your day-to-day duties will consist of the following:

* Support customers and consultants

* Assist with analysis, research and deployment of solutions

* Complete solution implementation for MS workloads

Requirements:

* Able to learn quickly

* Previous experience in a similar role (24x7)

* Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, O365, etc..)

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Native Portuguese and High level of English

* Scripting and programming experience in PowerShell
