Digital Project Manager - ITSM ServiceNow, Agile - 4 office days, 1 WFH a week

Working in a leading Midlands B2C / FMCG / Retail / hospitality / Hospitality company

Leading an Agile project alongside the the Product Owner on a Digital Transformation ITSM implementation of ServiceNow for Dashboarding and Monitoring. Ideally you will be familiar with how ITSM tooling is quickly becoming key to integrated digital change in a business and the IoT.

To be suitable you must have;

* Strong full lifecycle Agile Project delivery and Product implementation experience

* Demonstrable ITIL / ITSM experience

* B2C Retail or hospitality sector experience

Ideally you will have experience of ServiceNow or similar ITSM / ITIL tooling within digital

Prerequisites will be excellent internal and external stakeholder management, working well in a dynamic team environment and with a self starting delivery focus.
