*?Ability to provide first line support of Windows 7/10 in a networked PC environment

*?Ability to provide first line support of Mac OSX in a networked environment

*?Ability to support a range of common applications, including all versions of Microsoft Office including office 365

*?Ability to use remote assistance tools to deliver user support

*?Ability to support the configuration, use and troubleshooting of laptops, PDAs, tablets, smartphones and mobile working

*?Educated to A level standard or equivalent experience

*?Working knowledge of ITIL Best Practice Framework
