Role requirements:

*Respond to support calls allocated by the team 'Administrator''Service Desk'.

*Take ownership of allocated work, ensuring adequate attention is given to priority calls.

*Provide support to customers, implementing a fix or informing the customer of the solution to their query.

*Complete installation tasks, diagnose faults and resolve problems issues in a professional and timely manner.

*Undertake the configuration & testing of all PCs and Laptops etc., so as to enable network usage.

*Undertake the implementation and installation of all software applications including software upgrades etc.

*Support all PC's, Laptops, PDA's and any other peripheral device associated with a 'Local Area Network'.

*Support all applications and operating systems including MS Outlook, MS Office and Windows 7,8,10 etc.

*Ensure that the 'Remedy' support database is accurately maintained at all times by regularly reporting back to the teams call administrator in relation to any allocated and completed work.

*Ensure all services are supported in accordance with 'Service Level Agreements'.
