Senior SharePoint Developer - London - £70k - Gain Architecture Experience!

Are you an experienced SharePoint Developer with SharePoint Online experience and looking for that stepping stone towards becoming a Solution Architect?

My client are an awarding-winning FTSE 100 organisation at the very top of their industry. They've carved a reputation for being a great place to work and have a number of independent awards to show for their efforts.

The Organisation are going through a complete re-implementation of SharePoint, moving from 2010 to SharePoint Online. They require an experienced Senior Developer to join the team and work closely with the Solution Architect to design and deliver SharePoint Online solutions to meet the requirements of the business.

The Business very much have an 'out-of-the-box first' mentality - the incumbent should have a really good understanding of the capabilities and limitations of SharePoint Online. You should have the ability to design robust solutions and the commercial acumen to put together a case for the times bespoke customisations are needed to meet requirements.

This isn't a role for Developer who's content to sit and bash out code from morning to night - it's a role for creative problem solvers who have the ability to keep an eye on the over-reaching architectural plans when designing their solutions. You'll work very closely with both the Architects form the Microsoft Partner and the internal Solution Architect and will be expected to deputise for the latter when they're not there.

The role provides a great opportunity for an commercially-savvy Developers to take the next step in their career by giving you some real hands-on architectural experience as well as playing to your strengths of developing solutions using SharePoint Online.
