Overview

Number Migrations Analyst required for a leading telecommunications/Internet Service Provider based in Solihull, which specialise in VoIP and Internet connectivity solutions.

Core responsibilities:

- Communicating with customers to obtain numbering/address details.

- Placing number orders with Suppliers via Web portals.

- Chasing suppliers for updates on migrations.

- Problem solving failed number migrations, Address matching etc.

- Advising other teams on the progress of number migrations.

- Activating customer number migrations.

- Updating Sales team / technical team on migrations status.

- Daily updates with our VoIP engineers to advise on activating migrations.

- Updating customer with migration aware requests.

- Daily updates to the billing team with number charges.

- Monthly reporting on number migrations.

- Answer general numbering queries

Skills and Experience:

- Good understanding of Windows 7 & 8.

- Good understanding of Web Browsers.

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office software i.e. Excel, Word.

- Basic understanding of Databases.

- Ability to understand IT technical terminology.

- Fast leaner and flexible.

- Excellent phone manner.

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

The Person

You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard working to join their support team, you must be customer service focused with a can-do attitude, previous experience in telecommunications ISP/Support is desirable but FULL training will be provided, willing to work in a team that works hard and plays hard.
