12 month Fixed Term Contract

One of our market leading financial services clients is looking for a Website Administrator to join their large and growing digital team.

The Website Administrator will be responsible for working alongside the Website Services Manager and with the external digital agency to ensure the day to day maintenance of the company website is successful.

There is a possibility of a permanent contract after the 12 months fixed term.

Web Services Executive duties include, but are not limited to:

*Work with the external digital agency to implement new functionality such as tools, videos and guides.

*Day to day maintenance of website content ensuring any updates are completed within SLA and stakeholder expectations are managed.

*Support in keeping the website content relevant, compliant, up to date and supports the online strategy, and best practice.

*Collate and report on website statistics.

*Implement web enhancements to optimise customer journeys and user experience.

*Receiving and interpreting website change briefs from multiple stakeholders.

*Ensuring web change requests follow the correct briefing and sign off process.

*Work with multiple stakeholders, including compliance, customer communications, product technical and legal departments, to implement new web content which has a customer focus and support regulatory requirements.

*Management of the website approvals and sign off process, as well as the maintenance of a full audit trail of all website requests and amends.

*Review and analyse customer feedback and Google analytics stats, using findings to drive website development and improvement.

As the Website Services Executive you will be required to possess:

*Experience in a similar regulated environment using a Content Management System (CMS) to update websites.

*Demonstrate customer understanding.

*Understanding of what makes a good User Experience (UX)

*Comfortable with liaising with individuals at all levels, including representing the company to external parties and representing line manager.
