IT Support Team Lead - Desktop Support - 2nd Line
£37,000 per annum + Benefits Package

This established and dynamic organisation are seeking a professional and challenged IT Support Team Lead (Desktops and 2nd Line) to support customers, manage incident response times and improve first line fix rates.
* Support and manage the Support Team 1st and 2nd line, as well as the Desktop Support Team.
* Incident Management - meeting response times, reduce incident levels, correctly assigned to users and identifying improvements.
* Collaboration - Working with Desktop, Infrastructure and Networking teams to identify trends, monitor performance and work with them to ensure SLA's are met.
* Reporting - Complete weekly meetings, statistics and report performance/trends
You will need to have at least 3 years having completed a technical desktop support role before moving into leadership. You must have a good technical understanding and have at least 18 months experience in a supervisory role.
