IT Service Delivery Manager - we are looking to recruit an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager for a money guidance consumer focused organisation, who operate on a not for profit basis and have national reach. Based in the company office in Holborn, Central London, you will be accountable for a number of key IT processes such as, IT service documentation and configuration management; availability management and reporting; IT disaster recovery, testing and IT service resilience assessment; operational risk management and management of the IT risk register; and operational management of the relationship with their outsourced IT operations service provider.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the IT service documentation and configuration management database (CMDB), capturing key service information such as service definitions, systems and dependencies.
* Develop processes and tools to monitor service availability, and provide monthly service availability statistics.
* Ensure the IT risk register is kept up to date.
* Ensure IT configuration, risk and disaster recovery procedures are understood, and that IT staff have the tools to be able to follow the procedures.
* Ensure critical IT services have appropriate resilient architecture, are fully documented and that the tested Recovery Time Capability (RTC) is in line with the agreed Recovery Time Objective (RTO).
* Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation to provide help and advice on business continuity for IT services.
* Review third party disaster recovery plans and provide feedback where necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Significant practical experience in Configuration, Risk and Disaster Recovery Management disciplines.
* Solid experience of developing and deploying ITIL service management processes as well as continuous service improvement (likely to be ITIL qualified).
* Demonstrable experience managing relationships and customer demand as well as service delivery
* Solid service and supply management experience (with experience of service delivery through third party providers)
* Strong project management and delivery focus and skillset.
* Ability to work within an agile and adaptable environment.
* Demonstrable understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery methods.
* Good knowledge of latest software application and service technologies, platforms and infrastructure.
