Software Engineering Lead, Manchester, £55,000 - £65,000

One of the leading E-commerce companies in the UK are looking to make a number of hires for Lead Software Engineers to join their Manchester based head office. Located in the centre of Manchester's digital hub, this is a great opportunity for any candidates looking to take the next step in their career.

Candidates will be provided with the opportunity to work on fast paced, cutting edge projects with the latest technologies on the market across a range of platforms including, web and mobile. You will be responsible for large scale projects that handle millions of searches each year.

The role;

* Line manage a team of developers

* Lead the design and development on projects

* Mentor and coach junior candidates

* Write high quality code

The requirements;

* Solid experience with web development

* Proficiant at writing high quality code

* Experience with design patterns and frameworks

* Experience in an Agile environment
