Our client is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work in the Warwickshire area on Piling and Civils

Having met with this client on a regular basis they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor as they are growing organically and looking to expand the team.

They are a family owned business with a friendly culture and value their staff!

Requirements:

* Worked as a Quantity Surveyor previously

* Able to manage projects from concept to completion

* Worked on NEC, JCT form of contract

* Able to work well within a team environment

* Experience working on smaller schemes from £20k - £1.5m in value

* Able to manage around 4-6 projects a month

* Experience in the Civil Engineering industry such as Piling, Earthworks, Geotechnical and Groundworks

Remuneration:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum
