Position: Project Manager- Construction background

Location: South East - around Heathrow Area

Salary: Up to 45,000 per annum

We are looking for candidates who come from the construction sector-mainly buildings, schools, hospitals.

PURPOSE

To manage allocated projects ensuring that they are delivered on time to budget and comply with all statutory Legislation.

Main responsibilities:

Ensuring that all key deadlines are achieved.

Ensuring quality of work is of a very high standard.

Establish good relationships with clients and all key stakeholders with a view to securing repeat business.

Strict control and adherence for all Health and Safety matters reviewing Subcontractor RAMS and creating Elliott RAMS

Manage Clients expectations

Coordinate the Installation process

Manage subcontractors, raise requisitions and coordinate the works ensuring that works are completed on time and to budget.

Programme the works, providing the business with regular updates

Chair meetings (Internal and External)

Job experience & skills requirements:

Will have experience in working in this role for a Modular, Specialist or Construction contractor.

Qualifications Preferable qualified to degree level, minimum HND. CSCS card and SMSTS They will have performed this role for a minimum of 5 years on contracts between 100k and 1m in value with a reputable contractor. IT Literacy on Microsoft products including Project

Compensation & Benefits Information The role will require the successful applicant working away from home and will involve travelling daily to sites and some overnight stays on occasions.
