A leading technology organisation, who constantly features as one of the best places to work in the UK is seeking a highly skilled, Java Developer with a focus on new and emerging technologies to join a very highly regarded team, delivering into some of the highest impact projects across the UK. This role is to be based out of their Birmingham Hub and servicing clients within a 100m radius to include the Midlands and North-West. It will also allow 1-2 days working from home (client and project permitting).As the Java Developer your duties will include:
Ensuring the design, tool selection and frameworks are in place, in order to engineer robust, scalable and secure solutions.Mentoring junior members of the team and work confidently with clients to ensure the technical and functional requirements are met and exceeded.
To be a successful Java Developer you will have the following skills and experience:
Exposure to, or an interest in developing skills in Ruby, Grails, PHP,Net or Scala.Experienced Engineer.
Candidates that are Security Clearable or Security Cleared (ie DV Cleared or SC Cleared) will be given the highest priority for the Technical Architect opportunities.
In return, the Java Developer will receive a salary of £50000 - £90000 per annum.
