This wholesale telecommunications provider based in Bristol has been around since 1996 and they provide services to many of the UK's ITSPs and telecommunications companies, as well as an increasing number of overseas providers.

They are looking for an individual to join their dedicated support team. You will be their customer's first point of contact providing the customer service they've learnt to expect from the company: authentic, friendly, and efficient.

You'll listen to their customers and use your expertise and enthusiasm to answer their questions about their services and resolve any issues they may be experiencing. You'll also be asked to help out with their number porting process, enabling people to move their service from their current provider to the company.

They need someone who is outgoing, detail oriented, and be able to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop a wide variety of skills and explore your potential. An understanding of VoIP is desirable, but not by any means essential.

full-time only - Mon-Fri 9-5

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service and positive support experience.

- Responsible for fulfilling customer requests relating to new account set-ups, account management etc.

- Accurate ticket entry and triage for incidents and requests.

- General administration duties and other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be a highly motivated self starter.

- Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and be able to deliver high-quality work with little supervision. May be required to travel very occasionally.
