Joining the team in our Digital Development Centre, as a Software Developer, you'll provide technical knowledge within the team around the technology stack. Successfully deliver business objectives, you’ll also introduce agile practices, Open Source libraries and tools to optimise the delivery timescale and the overall quality of the software product.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll bring in-depth experience of Java Virtual Machine - Java (or similar), object-oriented programming, Service-oriented architectures including ReSTful API's and Microservices. Experience of Test Driven Development and Pair Programming practices.

You’ll also have experience with MySQL, JavaScript, CSS 3, and HTML5, libraries like React and Angular. Exposed to all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle and have developed agile expertise working in an agile environment.

Any exposure to Pivotal Cloud Foundry and familiarity with Polyglot Persistence and at least one NoSQL database engine (Mongo, Neo4j, etc.) is beneficial.
