In line with the global success of our company, we are looking to expand our UK-based team and currently we have exciting new opportunities for Graduate IT Recruitment Consultants to join our Head Office in Newcastle-upon-Tyne city centre. What the role entails:

*Business Development to foster new business relationships with clients

*Resourcing top talent to match our clients' requirements

*Selling on multiple levels throughout the recruitment process

*Coordinating interviews and negotiating salaries

*Accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process

*Driving marketing activity through different channels, such as social media, job boards etc.

Requirements:

*University Degree in Marketing, Psychology, Law or Business and Management

*Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

*Fluency in English language

*Knowledge of other languages would be a definite plus (preferably Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech or Polish)

*Strong work ethic and ability to think on your feet
