Mechanical Fitter (Shifts)

£30,500 - £31,500 + Training + Pension + Company Benefits

Newcastle under Lyme - commutable from Stoke-on-Trent, Congleton, Crewe, Leek, Stafford, Nantwich

Are you a qualified Mechanical Fitter looking for a stable role for an industry-leading organisation offering lots of training and overtime opportunities?

This is an excellent opportunity to join the largest UK manufacturer in their industry, renowned for their investment in staff and will offer training for you to become an expert mechanical fitter.

The company are the UK leading manufacturer of their product and they have significantly increased their production targets to come in line with their ongoing growth. You will be operating the machinery in their production team and trained on maintenance.

This role would suit a Mechanical Fitter ideally with a mechanical qualification.

The Role:

*Operate factory machinery and learn how to maintain them

*Carry out reactive maintenance on night shift

*4 on, 4 off shift pattern rotating days and nights (6.30am-6.15pm /6.15pm - 6.00am )

The Person:

*Mechanical Fitter

*You will ideally have experience with pneumatics and hydraulics

*Apprenticeship or Mechanical Engineering qualifications (NVQ/HNC/HND)
