SC Cleared Senior Oracle Project Manager to be based in Gosport on an initial 6 Month contract. Our client is looking for a Certified Project Management Professional (PRINCE2/PMP) with extensive experience as a Project/Program Manager in implementation and support projects of Oracle EBS applications. Extensively involved in Oracle EBS Implementation, Upgrades and Global Application support.

Rate - £ Market Rates per day

Duration - 6 Months

Strong Project Manager with experience working with Strategic Management Information for Business Intelligence Dashboards, Reports, Extract Transform and Load libraries and data of great Business significance. All Oracle based including OBIEE - Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Engine.

Skills Requirements

1 Certified Project Management Professional (PRINCE2/PMP) with extensive experience as a Project Manager in Strategic Management Information projects and Oracle based projects.

2 Should have managed the transition of support services from an incumbent for large and complex solutions.

3 Manage solutions delivery throughout the project life cycle and ensure project requirements, dependencies and possible issues are fully understood by the operations and development teams.

4 Establish clear ownership of project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback.

5 Organise and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning etc.

6 Provide and assist the senior IT leaders with technology strategy, standards and their implementation

7 Ability to build and maintain key relationships with the business units and key project stakeholders

8 Awareness of new and emerging technologies and business trends and seeks to use this to drive new innovative solution

9 Proven track record in client relationship and in managing teams spread across multi-shores.

10 Excellent Troubleshooting and enhancing skills.

11 Excellent presentation skills. Ability to interact with Clients, End users and Management at various levels

12 Exceptional leadership abilities with the demonstrated capacity to facilitate Systems Development with cross-functional teams.

13 Exceptional abilities to Train and Mentor highly productive and motivated people.

14 Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, leadership qualities and conscience.

15 Commercial budget responsibility and scope for all services provided to agreed levels
