They are looking to recruit a managing Business Analyst who can help shape business case and create compelling business benefit realisation plan for a key client in London.

Your duties and responsibilities

The role will revolve around benefits management, to effectively assist in the development and management of the benefits framework, supporting benefits model, baselining, tracking and reporting benefit realisation. Another major theme revolves around business change, assisting with the development of business change tools, templates, methodologies and techniques, as well as skills transfer to the customer team.

In relation to planning and delivery, the successful candidate will help develop and maintain change management Strategy, supporting business change work stream delivery plans, including risks, issues, assumptions and constraints. Assessment and communication on the impact of change requests is key. From a stakeholder perspective it's important a communications strategy is developed and managed, channels established and regular briefing/progress reports to all parties are delivered.

Required qualifications

The successful candidate will offer demonstrable experience in a business analysis capacity of business change and benefits realization on significant sized projects.

* Familiar with effecting business and change management

* Dealing with stakeholders at all levels

* Experience with a mixture of technologies across both applications and infrastructure

* Delivering business change in a secure environment

* Ability to demonstrate change implementation planning, project/programme management, business modelling, sustainability assessment and organisational design
