Java Developer / Architect (Java JVM R&D). Tech incubator within a massive media company that is tasked with establishing a revolutionary new sports streaming / data platform to rival the likes of Sky and BT Sport is seeking a Senior Java Developer / Architect. The hugely scalable platform will be broadcasting 500,000 sports events globally on an annual basis.

Reporting to the CEO within a new venture as a Senior Java Developer / Architect you will have free reign to come up with innovative new product ideas to leverage this platform (or be stand alone products). The scope for the role is huge and will suit a true technologist seeking to develop things to improve the world around them. You will have technical ownership and build a team around you to develop your ideas as the company progresses.

Offices based in a vibrant area of Central London.

Requirements:

*Passionate technologist with a desire to work in an early stage start-up and take ownership

*Strong technical knowledge of Java and JVM technologies

*Strong architecture / design experience

*Innovative

*Collaborative, keen to share knowledge and ideas
