eCommerce & IT Support Technician - Aviation Clothing Supplier

A great opportunity has opened up for an eCommerce & IT Support Technician. We are a major clothing supplier in the aviation industry and we pride ourselves in customer relations and providing our customer with the service they expect.

The eCommerce & IT Support Technician Role:

Our growth has now enabled us to create a new role within the company whose main responsibility will be the upkeep and maintenance of our UK and International online Magento stores.

Your responsibilities will be varied but will include:

+ Create / populate product pages

+ Updating product due in dates

+ Updating stock levels

+ Replacing discontinued products

+ Creating new products

+ Entering additional product information

+ Registering new users and seeking approval from an authorised manager

+ Resolving any customer technical issues/queries

+ Create / updating an easy to use website user guide

+ Updating customer online orders with shipping information

Candidates Must Have:

+ Good computer skills

+ Excellent written and spoken English

+ Good communication skills

+ Ability to work under pressure

+ Attention to detail

Candidates Must Be:

+ Organised

+ Diligent and responsible

+ Computer literate and analytical

+ Technically minded

+ Willing to help out with other tasks and duties if required

Desired Skills:

+ Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)

+ Experience with Magento or similar e-commerce system

+ Previous experience in Sage Accounting

Position Details:

+ 5 days a week: Monday-Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm

+ Lunch break 60 mins

+ Based in Watford

+ Position will start on an initial three-month basis. If successful, you will then be taken on a permanent basis.

+ Immediate start date

Junior Web Developer, Junior IT Support Analyst, Junior Web Technical Support, Web Content Editor, Web Editor, eCommerce Technical Support.
