Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Main Contractor*** £70,000 - £90,000 plus benefits ***A London based main contractor have recently won a £40 million new-build residential project in Central London, not far from London Bridge Station. They are on the lookout for a Project Manager to start immediately to manage the site from concept to its completion in Janary 2020. The project is a 220 unit development built over two phases.Key skills and qualifications '€¢MUST have experience in the residential sector'€¢15 years' experience working on projects in the London market.'€¢Strong communication skills both written and oral'€¢Time management and organisation.'€¢High rise experience is preferred but not essential'€¢Programming and planning, critiquing design processes.'€¢Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.'€¢Experience working as a standalone project manager on projects up to £40 million is preferred but not vital.'€¢Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget This represents an opportunity for an individual to be involved from planning and design process right the way through to project completion.
