DevOps Engineer / Linux Engineer (Docker Kubernetes PostgreSQL MySQL Linux). Disruptive technology start-up software house that develops innovative, digital services aiming to make life simpler is seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer.

The core product is a digital ID recognition system that utilises Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques. As the DevOps Engineer you will support the timely delivery of a highly robust and scalable API using a micro-service infrastructure utilising a range of modern technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Node, Go, and PostgreSQL. Responsibilities will encompass building, deploying and securing Docker containers and developing the tools that manage the continuous delivery process.

You'll be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous self-development. The company has experienced rapid growth over the past year due its phenomenal success. This role presents an excellent opportunity be part of a dynamic and technology driven start-up whilst working on a variety of interesting and intellectually challenging projects.

Offices based in the City with a start-up atmosphere and casual dress code.

Requirements:

*Strong experience of working as a DevOps Engineer within a software house

*Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (or equivalent)

*Good knowledge of Linux

*Database knowledge, ideally PostgreSQL (or MySQL or SQL)

*Able to programme using Java or any other OO language

*Familiar with AWS (or other cloud platform)

*Excellent communication skills, team player

As a DevOps Engineer / Linux Engineer you will can expect to earn a highly competitive salary (to £65k) plus benefits.
