* Minimum 1 years IT Support experience. Testing experience is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service via the phone and using remote technologies.
* Minimum 1 year's Active Directory administration experience.
* Minimum 1 years Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013 and M.S Exchange 2010 experience
* Minimum 1 years Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 Desktop support experience. Windows 10 experience is desirable.
* Good application knowledge in the use of: Office 20102013, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, covering Office versions 2003 - 2010.
* Ability to use scripts, knowledge and personal skills to resolve incidents at 1st line.
* Ability to accurately record and log calls paying attention to call quality and detail
* Ability to handle and progress support requests within agreed SLA timescales.
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
