Do you have experience of overseeing team withing a manufacturing or production environment? Do you have a strong Continuous improvement background?

Established over 25 years ago, this company are one of Europe's largest specialist food manufacturers and due to the continued success and excellence of the business they now seek an additional production shift manager who will be developed into a specialist within their industry.

In this role you will be managing a highly performing production team, which has a mixture of Production Operatives, Engineers and Line Technicians. You will be ensuring all KPI's are hit on a shift by shift basis, whilst maintaining Health and Safety to the company's high expectations.

You will be liaising with a mixture of teams within the manufacturing process, and handing over to the 2nd shift manager ensuring a steady momentum is maintained from start to finish.

* Liaising with multiple teams within the manufacturing process.

The Candidate

* Production/Shift manager within an FMCG Environment

* Proven experience of managing and developing teams

* Has Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement

* Has a good overall understanding of the manufacturing process from start to finish

* Wants to join a company that can offer development and training
