We require a Field Engineer / Mobile Support Engineer to join a market leading organisation based in Bradford.

Day Rate: £200.00 - £250.00 per day

Contract Duration: 6 Months

You will be joining an established IT function responsible for supporting over 6000 users across Yorkshire. The team pride themselves on excellent customer service and high quality adherence to SLA's

As a field engineer with a background in mobile support in infrastructure you will be required to support users across Yorkshire which will include projects work and support.

The types of areas you will support include repairs, roll-outs printer, laptop repair supporting 10,000 client devices (including Desktops, Laptops, Toughbooks, Smartphones & Tablets) across 90 sites in the Yorkshire region.

A background as a 2nd line support engineer or 3rd line support engineer would be suitable.

You will be responsible for:

*Device installation, networking, hardware repair and set-up

*Trouble shooting / fixes

*Supporting users with software and potentially providing tutorials to help users.

About you

*You will have a background as an infrastructure engineer or infrastructure analyst supporting up to 2nd line support or 3rd line support

*You will have excellent customer service skills

*You will have a full clean driving licence

The working hours are 37.5 per week with some flexible working between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm

You will also be provided with a van and fuel card.
