Our client are currently looking for an experienced SC/NPPV3 cleared Data Quality and ERP Migration Consultant to work on an initial 6 month contract at their site in Wakefield.

Applicants must have the following skills:

*Knowledge of one or more ERP products

*Deep understanding of master data and entity relationships around HR modules of one or more ERP products

*Broad understanding of entity and master data definitions across all modules of at least one Tier 1 ERP

*Desired - experience of working on data quality management and migration planning throughout the implementation cycle for at least two full fledged ERP implementations (ideally covering finance, procurement, HR, inventory, service order management, project management and assets management)

*Essential - experience of working on data quality management and migration planning throughout the implementation cycle for at least two ERP implementation covering HR modules (including HR, learning and development and payroll modules at least)

*Hands-on experience of assessing technical data migration approaches and challenges associated with the legacy system architecture and design

*Proficient in the use of Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

*Strong written communication skills

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

*Identify the broad master (entity) data sources for the people (HR), finance, estate and transport and logistics departments

*Conduct an initial data quality assessment

*Develop the broad data quality management approach for the ERP programme knowing fully well that the ERP product is not yet selected

*Conduct detailed data quality and fit-gap for the future master data of HR department

*Work with the process owners and the systems team to clean the existing data to the extent it can be done, before the ERP product selection

*Work with the process owners to gather additional information so as to bridge the identified gap

*Establish the technical feasibility of data extraction and cleaning from the existing legacy systems specially the systems used by the HR department
