As a specialist in your field, you'll help shape the way Government deliver services using our crucial IT systems

Our SOC department is evolving to keep up with changing demands. It’s all part of a large modernisation programme that’ll make us ready for the future. But no matter how much we adapt, one thing will stay the same. The excellent level of customer service we provide.

To help drive this change, we need more talented individuals to join us in a variety of roles, including:

           Service Management

           Service Offerings

           Project Management

           Information Management

No matter which area you join, you’ll work at pace and take advantage of a tailored development plan.

Your profile

To join, you’ll need to be proactive and forward-thinking. With excellent communication and organisation skills, you’ll provide second-to-none customer service. We’ll also expect you to have experience in some of the following areas:

           Accreditation such as ITIL, PRINCE 2, APM

           Call management skills

           Working to deadlines and/or service levels

           Influencing

           Microsoft Office
