As a specialist in your field, you'll help shape the way Government deliver services using our crucial IT systems

No matter which area you join, you’ll work at pace and take advantage of a tailored development plan.
Your profile
To join, you’ll need to be proactive and forward-thinking. With excellent communication and organisation skills, you’ll provide second-to-none customer service. We’ll also expect you to have experience in some of the following areas:
Accreditation such as ITIL, PRINCE 2, APM
Call management skills
Working to deadlines and/or service levels
Influencing
Microsoft Office
