QA / Business Analyst

A new QA / Business Analyst role has arisen with a global investment management company, working in a bespoke product team. This is a unique, hybrid role that involves both the QA and testing activity of a real-time, automated compliance platform, as well as the business analysis to gather requirements, and ensure that the solution meets company needs!

This role will suit someone with already gained business analysis OR QA skills, who is keen to add value to an already well established, growing team.

The QA / Business Analyst will have an excellent academic background; an analytical and curious mind and outstanding attention to detail.

Further skills and experience required for the QA / Business Analyst:

* Strong academic background; 2.1 and above degree in a numerate, analytical or scientific subject from a top university

* Good A-Levels, ideally an A in Maths and/or Science

* QA / software testing experience; either manual or automated (you will use a variety of methods in this role!)

* Creation of test cases and execution

* Full SDLC experience

* Working as part of a Development Team (whether this be from a QA or Business Analyst perspective)

* Business analysis experience, or passion for learning a product area, engaging with the business, managing stakeholders and expectations
