Managing Editor - Equities & Investing

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to outline content strategy & topics

Plan and manage all editorial operations

Hire, coach and supervise writers

Coordinate editorial publications and meetings

Plan and approve assignments for writers and editors

Control schedules and enforce deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

BSc/BA in English, Finance or similarly relevant field

Proven experience as a managing editor or similar role

Proven experience as a financial journalist or investment research analyst

Exceptional ability in copywriting and editing

First-class business relationships with a wide range of people at all levels

Excellent knowledge of online publishing workflows, tools & SEO best practices
